Pearce Elementary School has transition to our new student management system. This new program will provide parents more user friendly access to student grades, attendance, lunch balances, daily bulletin and additional student information. Parent usernames and passwords will be provided at the beginning of the school year.
PowerSchool Parent Login
Important Note
Please Read Before Attempting to Access Powerschool
The FIRST time you login to Powerschool you must create your account. You will use the above link to go to Powerschool. From there, go to “Create Account.” A new screen will appear, fill in the information about yourself to include your name, email address, username and password. Please make a note of your newly chosen username and password.
Under “Link Students to Account”, enter your student’s name.
The Access ID is the username given to you on your student’s progress report.
The Access Password is the password given to you on your student’s progress report.
Choose a relationship.
Repeat this process for each student you have in our school, using the username and password given on each of their individual progress reports. Click Enter. A new screen will appear and you will now enter your chosen username and password.
Additional Powerschool information
The opening screen will be grades and attendance. You can click on the letter grade and it will show you all the assignments that are in the system and what your child’s grades are for those.
Attendance History-this is your child’s attendance for the entire year
Email Notification-allows Powerschool to send you emails about attendance, grades, assignments, announcements and lunch balances.
School Bulletin-a daily bulletin of upcoming events for our school
Balance-lunch balance and transactions
Account Preferences-allows you to change your email, username and password
Access Logs-allows you to see who has logged on to your student’s account
Demographic Change-allows you to keep us up to date with address and phone number changes
