Hello!  My name is Ester Perez.  I have the great privilege of being the Kindergarten teacher here at Pearce.  I am also a coach for the junior high extracurricular sports. 

I have 25 years experience as a teacher.  Amazingly enough, I am currently teaching in the classroom where I attended 1st and 2nd grade! I am a Pearce Elementary School alumni, having attended Pearce from 1st through 8th grade.  From here, I attended Valley Union High School.  After that, I went on to the University of Arizona where I received my degree.

I have been married for 23 years.  I have two wonderful daughters.  As a family we like to spend time together.  We enjoy reading and we are very busy in our congregation.  And we also enjoy playing and watching sports!

I cannot wait to teach your child in my Kindergarten class.  Kindergarten is a wonderful year filled with new ideas, new friends and is a great beginning to your child's educational career.  Have a wonderful year!
